All daily, weekly & monthly payments must be made in full at time of check-in.
Each seasonal campsite has ample electric supply, including 30-amp & 50-amp service, and a 300-gallon holding tank. Each meter is to be registered directly with by the camper with Northwestern Electric.
The 300-gallon holding tank will be emptied once per month and is included in the seasonal rate. If you need it pumped out more often than once per month, there will be an additional charge.
Seasonal Sites must supply their own fire ring.
Each seasonal site has its own water source. You should have plenty of water for your needs. All lots are unique and vary in size. All seasonal lots are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. The seasonal lots are expected to be kept clean and clutter free. Sundown ownership will mow around all lot decorations and tables.
Our sites are pet-friendly. All pets should be kept on a leash. It is always critical that you clean up after your pets.
The shower house is easily accessible for all campers. The shower house consists of 2 complete, separate bathrooms - 1 for men and 1 for women. Each bathroom has 3 toilet stalls and a shower room. Both bathrooms are wheelchair accessible.
There are dumpsters available for all campers near the Sundown Saloon. The dumpsters are emptied every Friday afternoon. It is always critical that you keep your trash picked up and placed in the dumpsters. We can to keep the 4-legged uninvited visitors to a minimum!
